As they say one person’s trash is another persons treasure, and I hope maybe my explorations of life’s emotional and spiritual challenges may be treasured by a few and serve them as much as the process of exploration has served me.  I am a Christian who believes in being saved by grace, but I do not doggedly adhere to a religious practice.  For me life is a process and in the end a set of intra-psychic, social, political, and biological conflicts that all serve to help me grow.
